This is an album of love breakup (it opens with "The Dream Is Over"), and Sacromonte sings and writes lyrics, although his compositions, slow and self-absorbed, transcend the song structure and use field recordings and guitar and keyboard loops to settle in a territory bordering on ambient, in the style of a certain atmospheric post-rock and close to the folk of the nineties. All very lo-fi, of course, although the mixing was done by Martyn Heyne in his Lichte Studio, where he has also worked with Nils Frahm, Peter Broderick and even The National.
In Sacromonte's lyrics, poetic and landscape-like, the pain of having been abandoned is reflected in the surrounding nature ("Cratons", "Flashlight Fish"), which, by enveloping us with its immensity and stillness, as this quiet music does, also serves as a balm for the wounds, which gradually heal. Thus, in the final "Waterhands", we can already perceive a glimpse of hope: the beginning of something new.

Although he has baptized his most personal project as Sacromonte, the composer and producer Alberto R. Lucendo is not from Granada, but from Castelló. Now he lives in Berlin, where he collaborates with artists from various disciplines and makes a living with his soundtracks. There he met Rauelsson, who plays piano and keyboards in his debut, "Rime", and is in charge of the arrangements, and Ana Béjar, who sings and signs the lyrics of "Black Mountain" and put him in contact with Luscinia Discos.
